So I bought a used SUV a few months back, and everything seemed fine until last week when that dreaded airbag warning light suddenly popped up on the dashboard and just refuses to turn off no matter what I do. I tried the usual tricks like disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset the system, but that didn't work, and honestly I'm a bit worried because I know these systems are super sensitive and messing with them without proper knowledge could actually make things dangerous. The car drives perfectly otherwise, but having that light staring at me every time I get behind the wheel is really unsettling, especially since I often have my parents in the car with me and I'd never forgive myself if something happened and the airbags didn't deploy properly.
